We require a signature on the delivery of most packages.  If the package is not signed for or not picked up by the buyer- or for any other reason - and the package is returned unopened, we will provide a refund minus the shipping costs we paid.

We try to ship your item within 24 hours of payment being received; however, sometimes this is just not possible.  We will ship as soon as we possibly can.  When your item ships you will receive an email from us with your shipping information.  Please be sure you pay with your correct Paypal address as that is the address we will send your item to.  We are not responsible for any items that are sent to an incorrect address due to the buyer paying with an incorrect address.  

State tax is charged to those that live in Oklahoma.  All others will not have to pay state tax to us directly. Please know/review your state's Use Tax laws.
