We sell for the love of fashion and the thrill of finding a spectacular piece of designer history to share.  We take a lot of time in preparing our listings; providing many photos and a detailed description. If you would like additional photos please send us a request via the "contact us" form , or via email at sales@myhautewardrobe.com, and we will be more than happy to provide them.  Most items are used and vintage so there may be wear or flaws that we miss- this is normal- please do not purchase if your item must appear brand new if it is not listed as brand new. Because we are a small business, and a lot of the items we sell are pre-owned/vintage, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.  It is very important every buyer reads the description thoroughly, views all the photos using expanded view, and reviews the provided measurements.  It is up to the buyer to know their size in a particular designer - as we all know they vary greatly.  Of course, if we have mistakenly misrepresented an item we will accept a return and provide a refund.  However, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to inform us of our mistake and return the item within 48 hours.  The item must be received in the same exact condition it was sent in or a refund will not be provided.  We take the time to prosecute and/or sue anyone attempting to harm or scam our business.
